What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. If you’re arriving late, let Kim know before you travel.
How many people can stay?
Tŷ Cosy is a studio set up for two adults, with one comfortable double bed.
Can we bring children or pets?
The cottage is set up for two adults, and pets are not allowed.
Is there parking?
Yes, there’s an off-road parking space for one car. The lane to the cottage is narrow and single track, so please take it slowly.
How accessible is the cottage?
Everything is on one level, with underfloor heating throughout. There’s a single step at the front door and one step into the shower.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, there’s Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace, if you need to check in with work.
What’s provided?
Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There’s also a washer dryer, iron and ironing board.
Is there outdoor space?
Yes, there’s an enclosed private courtyard with seating, a bistro table and a heated outdoor shower, ideal after the beach.
Is smoking allowed?
No, Tŷ Cosy is non-smoking inside and out.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are 11pm to 6am. The cottage is on a quiet lane, and we’d like to keep it that way for our neighbours.
How does payment work?
50% is due when you book, and the balance is due 42 days before arrival. Prepayments are non-refundable, so please check your dates before booking.
How far is it to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants?
Just a short stroll. St Davids Cathedral, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the city’s pubs, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. Caerfai Bay is a 10 to 15 minute walk, and Whitesands Bay is about a five-minute drive.
Can we arrange anything special?
Yes! You can book a private chef through our partners at yhangry to cook dinner for you at the cottage.
